MONDAY  NO Yoga Dec 25! 
8:00 am Slow Flow with Debbie  
 This class‏ blends the  Yoga Basics with the flowing aspects of a vinyasa class at much slower pace, building strength as well as a sense of well-being and inner stillness. This practice is therapeutic and inspiring. This class is for beginners and experienced students. Variations are offered to support the new student while challenges are encouraged for the more skilled.
9:15 am Chair Yoga with Debbie   
If you have disabilities, weight challenges, inflexibility or just can not get on the floor,  you can benefit from this class. the chair replaces the mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s health benefits.  Class is limited to 10 people.  Please sign up in advance.

5:30 pm  Yoga Board – Indoor Surf board Yoga with Stepahine

Challenge yourself and strengthen your inner core and balance in this class and use muscles you didn’t know you had to stabilize yourself.  The Indo yoga board is designed to simulate Stand Up Paddle Board yoga on water. The board is on rockers for first timers and one can increase the intensity by adding air filled cushions.
This class in intermediate level. Some yoga experience is helpful.  Challenging and FUN!

6:45 pm Yoga 101 with Stephanie

This class will give you a solid foundation to build your practice. You will achieve more flexibility, build strength and increase your confidence.
TUESDAY  – 
6:00 pm Basic Slow Vinyasa Flow with Kim
Focus your mind while you build a strong core, improve your posture, & deepen your practice. A slow flow class combining breath and movement to cleanse and recharge the body and focus the mind in a moving meditation. Ideal for those who enjoy a challenge and wish to gain strength and flexibility. All levels welcome!
7:15 pm Yoga Jam – Intermediate Vinyasa Flow with Kim
This is an intermediate level vinyasa flow class set to fun music to get you moving! Begin your practice with a warmup and power flow. Various asanas will be taught workshop-style, giving you a chance to practice poses to incorporate into your regular practice. *** some yoga experience necessary for a safe practice. ****

WEDNESDAY  

6:15 am – Sunrise Yoga Board – Indoor Surf board Yoga

8:00 am Gentle Therapeutic Yoga with Debbie

This class places special emphasis on the Yin and Yang poses of yoga and the therapeutic benefits of a yoga practice. Ideal for beginners, seniors, and those with injuries or other physical limitations. This class includes gentle stretches, breathing, relaxation, and simple movements to increase range of motion of the major joints. Props are used such as belts, bolsters, and the wall to assist you.

 THURSDAY

12:15 pm Lunch Yoga with Stephanie

Reset your day with a Yoga Lunch Break!  In this 45 minute gentle practice we will breath & recharge.

6:00 pm Heated Yoga with Debbie    *NEW*

Stretch, lengthen, & detox in a 80 Degree room. A perfect practice for anyone who wants to explore more interesting twisting & bending poses. In this class we will flow slowly and spend more time lengthening the muscles and opening the hips and shoulders. And of course sweat out some toxins. Bring a towel and water bottle. 

Not recommended for ladies who are pregnant or anyone with high blood pressure. 

 

FRIDAY

6:30 am Stretch & Breath with Debbie
In this 45 minute practice we will gently wake the body by stretching and moving through some Yin and Yang asanas. Enhance your flexibility, improve your mobility and give your body and mind a break in this morning practice. A great way to end the work week!
8:00 am Meditative Yin with Debbie
In this 45 minute stress-free practice, we will discover the challenge of emptying the mind while releasing the hips, knees and waist by practicing Yin poses.  If you have to be at work by 9 am, no worries – no sweating involved in this class.
