MONDAY 
8:00 am Slow Flow with Debbie  
 This class‏ blends the  Yoga Basics with the flowing aspects of a vinyasa class at much slower pace, building strength as well as a sense of well-being and inner stillness. This practice is therapeutic and inspiring. This class is for beginners and experienced students. Variations are offered to support the new student while challenges are encouraged for the more skilled.
9:15 am Chair Yoga with Debbie   
If you have disabilities, weight challenges, inflexibility or just can not get on the floor,  you can benefit from this class. the chair replaces the mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s health benefits.  Class is limited to 10 people.  Please sign up in advance.

5:15 pm  Yoga Board – Indoor Surf board Yoga

Challenge yourself and strengthen your inner core and balance in this class and use muscles you didn’t know you had to stabilize yourself.  The Indo yoga board is designed to simulate Stand Up Paddle Board yoga on water. The board is on rockers for first timers and one can increase the intensity by adding air filled cushions.
This class in intermediate level. Some yoga experience is helpful.  Challenging and FUN!
This class runs in 8 week sessions and pre registration is required.

 TUESDAY    
6:00 pm Basic Vinyasa Flow with Kim
Focus your mind while you build a strong core, improve your posture, & deepen your practice. Based on Ashtanga Yoga, a vigorous flow class combining breath and movement to cleanse and recharge the body and focus the mind in a moving meditation. Ideal for those who enjoy a challenge and wish to gain strength and flexibility. All levels welcome!
7:15 pm Arms & Abs with Kim
This class will introduce basic arm balances, but also give more experienced yogis the opportunity to advance their practice. We will occasionally use the paddle boards as a prop to build core strength.
This class will focus on building upper body strength, including toning arms and shoulders. We will also work on poses to help build abdominal muscles and core strength. A strong core is a healthy back! *** some yoga experience necessary for a safe practice. ****

WEDNESDAY  

6:15 am – Sunrise Yoga Board – Indoor Surf board Yoga ( FULL)

8:00 am Gentle Therapeutic Yoga with Debbie

This class places special emphasis on the Yin and Yang poses of yoga and the therapeutic benefits of a yoga practice. Ideal for beginners, seniors, and those with injuries or other physical limitations. This class includes gentle stretches, breathing, relaxation, and simple movements to increase range of motion of the major joints. Props are used such as belts, bolsters, and the wall to assist you.

THURSDAY

5:30 pm  Unwind & Relax Yoga with Debbie

Unwind from a long day at work! Great for all levels.
Free yourself from tension & stress in this class that includes gentle stretches, breathing, relaxation, and simple movements to increase range of motion of the major joints. Props are used such as belts, bolsters, and the wall to assist you. This is a treat for both your body & your soul.

6:45 pm  Full Body Toning Vinyasa Flow with Debbie

Focus your mind while you build a strong core, improve your posture,strengthen your arms & legs and find your balance & deepen your practice. This is not a fast-paced class, but it will challenge your mind as well as your body. This class will help your body to feel great and gives you more power. A combination of strength and flowing movements that help get your body into shape.  Ideal for those who enjoy a challenge and wish to gain strength and flexibility and more clarity what a traditional yoga practice is like.
FRIDAY
6:30 am Stretch & Breath with Debbie
In this 45 minute practice we will gently wake the body by stretching and moving through some Yin and Yang asanas. Enhance your flexibility, improve your mobility and give your body and mind a break in this morning practice. A great way to end the work week!
8:00 am Meditative Yin with Debbie
In this 45 minute stress-free practice, we will discover the challenge of emptying the mind while releasing the hips, knees and waist by practicing Yin poses.  If you have to be at work by 9 am, no worries – no sweating involved in this class.
