Our kids lead such busy lives of school work, extra-curricular activities, competitive sports and other responsibilities that can lead to a feeling of being overwhelmed, stressed and simply exhausted. Kids need to re-charge themselves from time to time, just like their phones, tablets and other devices.
Unlike many sports and academic activities, yoga is non-competitive, providing kids with a break from comparing, competing, and striving. ANYONE can practice yoga. It can be practiced anywhere.
Our kids yoga classes are 45 minute. Parent participation is optional.
